The Sculpture Series will be incorporated with the Oneonta Public Library's Summer Reading theme, "All Together Now". All sculptures/art must be weather durable, easily assembled and disassembled and must fit in an approximately 5ft x 5ft area. Must not exceed 6ft tall. Suggested materials include wood, metal, tin, glass, clay, resin.

EASTER EGG HOP - SATURDAY, APRIL 1ST AT 4PM

Last year, the City of Oneonta hosted the first Easter Egg Drop at Oneonta Train Station Recreational Park. We were absolutely blown away by how many people attended, so this year, we are going to be making it bigger and better! This time, we won't have the drop (hence the name change to Easter Egg Hop), but we will have more eggs spread over the entire recreational baseball field. This will include a full space for 0-3 year olds, 4-6 years olds, and 7+ years. All ages will be on the same baseball field, but will be roped off in their own sections to allow all ages to have ample time and space to hunt eggs. If you have children in different age groups, plan to have one guardian per child.

Make plans to come Saturday, April 1st beginning at 4pm!

We are currently looking for volunteers to help with prepping the eggs leading up to the event as well as six people to help with the event on the day of. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Nicole Tolbert at ntolbert@cityofoneonta.us or call her at 205-813-7181.

Stay tuned for more information!
