City Market Artisanal Fair showcases local homegrown and homemade products including soaps, paintings, produce, jewelry, flowers, succulents, and more! Think of it as the City of Oneonta's take on Pepper Place in Birmingham. City Market takes place monthly from May - September.

The Oneonta Business Association's Art Walk is located in downtown Oneonta in the alley beside Miller's Soda Shoppe. Take a stroll to see locally-painted murals. The Angel Wings Mural is located beside the gazebo in downtown Oneonta.

The Oneonta Business Association hosts a bunch of fun Christmas festivities beginning in December. Events include the Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony, a Live Nativity Scene, Horse and Carriage Rides, Oneonta Fire Truck Rides, Christmas Decorating Contest and more!

The 110 Building is located in downtown Oneonta at 110 1st Ave East. Also known as the Community Development Building, the 110 is your go-to place to learn what's going on in Oneonta and where to go when you visit! Three entities work out of this building including City of Oneonta Community Development, the Blount-Oneonta Chamber of Commerce and the Oneonta Business Association.

The June Fling, hosted by the Oneonta Business Association, takes place in June of each year and is the kickoff party for summer. Full of vendors and fun, mark your calendar for the next "Fling".

Always a local family favorite, the Blount County Christmas Parade, hosted by the Blount-Oneonta Chamber of Commerce, marches down HWY 75 in Oneonta each December.

The Blount-Oneonta Chamber of Commerce lines the streets of downtown Oneonta for this sold out dinner event. Set in the evening and meant to note the start of the Covered Bridge Festival, the "Dinner Downtown" is a quaint and fun way to spend a fall evening.

Blount County's largest event occurring each year in downtown Oneonta, in October. Full of food, fun and crafts!

Located on Highway 75 near the Little Brick Church, the Blount County Museum offers a wealth of resources on our local history.

One of two renown golf courses, Heritage Golf offers golfers a beautiful course, right here in Oneonta. With a grill and bar, Heritage is open 7 days a week to serve you. 

Limestone Springs has been nationally recognized as one of the best golf courses in the state of Alabama. Home to a beautiful residential community, Limestone provides excellent service to golfers.

The Covered Bridge Players are a theatre group who perform at the historic Neely Theatre in downtown Oneonta. They are celebrating 10 years of performances this year with their season beginning August 2022 and ending May 2023.

The Community Arts Council of Blount County performs musicals, plays and more from 6801 2nd Ave W. They also host Missoula Children's Theatre  and other amazing opportunities for kids (and adults) to get involved in the Arts.

Oneonta's Downtown Shopping District offers unique and specials shopping experiences.

The Oneonta City Pool is open to the public and offers a state-of-the-art pool, slide and splash pad. Located on Highway 75 in front of the recreational ball fields.

Bring the kiddos out to the City's updated and fun playground with the latest equipment your little ones will LOVE! WiFi available. Feel free to bring your furry friends too, and let them enjoy the Woodland Dog Bark in the back of the park.

In 1948 the library opened with a donation of 200 books from the Rose Garden Club in the "old pump house". Now our collection contains over 40,000 items available to the public at no charge along with many other services.
