Public Notice
As of Thursday, November 12th, the City of Oneonta will return to remote services at City Hall. Due to a sharp increase in COVID-19 cases county wide, it is in the best interest of city employees and public safety to institute limited exposure.
Rest assured, services will continue normally and city employees will be available by phone to assist you with any and all of your needs. Special circumstances for in person contact may be made by appointment.

The lobbies of City Hall, the Oneonta Police Department and City Court will be closed. The Oneonta Public Library will offer curbside pickup only.

Public Notice
The Mayor and City Council will hold regular scheduled council meetings on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month located at the Oneonta Council Chambers. There will be a work session before every meeting beginning at 5:30 p.m. then the council meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. If you want to be put on the agenda, you will need to contact City Hall the Thursday prior to the council meeting. If you have any questions, please contact the City Clerk at 205-274-2150.

We are continuing to update and integrate features with the new phone system at city hall. The menu options have changed to include only one of 4 options before speaking with an individual.

Option (4) All City Business / Operator
