Oneonta Public Library has provided the city of Oneonta with over 60 years of award winning service. The 8,000 square foot facility holds a collection of over 44,000 volumes. In 2004 the library was awarded the Alabama Library Association Gold Star Standards Achievement Award and in 2007 the Alabama Library Association Blue Ribbon Standards Achievement Award.
