Memorial Museum
The museum is located on 204 2nd Street North and open Tuesday thru Friday from 9:00 A.M. until 3:00 P.M. The Memorial Museum was dedicated to the memory of all Blount Countians who have served in war. Genealogy information can be found at the museum within its 500+ books on Blount County families. It also features eleven displays that are changed quarterly. The museum is operated by the Blount County Historical Society and is also where they hold meetings.
